As our utility clients gear up their energy efficiency and distributed generation programs, the opportunities are plentiful for making a big impact while we continue to grow Ecos. Our Lighting & Products Team has an immediate need for a Team Lead, performing in an Account Manager role at our Portland, Ore., headquarters. You will also develop and give presentations to assist in program delivery and execution, and develop marketing strategies and marketing materials in conjunction with other internal teams to support programs.
You will also manage strategic relationships with the client and ensure that products and services provided consistently meet client needs. You will resolve all customer and client issues in a timely manner and will draft and deliver client reports and communications on a regular basis.
