Renewable Energy Sales Consultant

We are a four year old Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency Company seeking someone who likes working in a fun, team environment to lead our sales and marketing team and help us reach our goal of becoming the NW leader in Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation projects.

We strongly believe in operating our company as a team and offering the best work environment possible for our team members; therefore it is imperative that the person or people that we choose understands the importance of good communication; both with the customer, and the team.

High Pressure salespeople need not apply. Once we explain the benefits and the paybacks associated with Solar, Wind or Energy efficiency upgrades our product sells itself. We are looking to add value to our dedicated salesforece so it is absolutely necessary for the right person to have the following qualities:

-Interest in renewable energy and building science,
-Knowledge of the construction industry
-Work well in a team environment
-Be flexible in their role.
-Good communication skills
-Be proficient with public relations & customer service
-Ability to work in a start-up environment
-Be well organized and punctual
-Have a high attention to detail
-Marketing and sales experience are required
-Post secondary schooling preferred but not required

In the beginning this job will entail working directly with potential customers but could possibly develop into a sales manager position.
