As our Residential clients gear up their energy efficiency and distributed generation programs, the opportunities are plentiful for making a big impact while we continue to grow Ecos. Our Lighting & Products team has an immediate need for a Rebate Manager at our Portland, Ore., headquarters. In this role, you will report to our Senior Manager and have the opportunity to have a significant impact on our continued success.

Role Description

In the role of Rebate Manager, you will have a track record of successfully managing high-performing teams in a customer service, data operations or system delivery department. In this role, you will enjoy managing teams to excellence through clear direction, process management and project management. You will oversee the management of existing data management systems plus be a key contributor in the development and design of new projects related to energy efficiency, demand side management, demand response, carbon reduction and sustainability.

As our Rebate Manager, you will enjoy managing a large team in supporting the delivery of energy efficiency programs. You will be responsible for the successful management of multiple call center lines, coupon and rebate processing and overall internal and external customer satisfaction. Reporting and accuracy of data are of paramount importance. Skilled data management execution will be a key component of client satisfaction.

Your experience developing, implementing, and improving data operations and policy management will be a valuable asset to meeting our customer needs. Additionally, your proven project management experience, including the task development, assignment, and delivery of project tasks will be key success factors.

Experience establishing deadlines, understanding the client’s needs and requirements, working successfully with other departments within Ecos, assigning responsibilities, monitoring project success and developing action plans will be a valuable asset. You will also have proven experience in the development and communication of project reports and the contract key performance indicators. You will have proven ability in designing, implementing, improving and maintaining data processes or departmental operational policies. Additionally, you enjoy leading, training, developing our team members to ensure consistent quality delivery to our clients.

Role Competencies

As our ideal candidate, you will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related discipline. Your seven years of progressively challenging experience will include team management, data services, data management, or related work.

As a key team member, you will possess excellent written and verbal skills and be adept at managing interpersonal relationships. You are able to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. You will be able to manage multiple tasks, possess strong planning, implementation and organizational skills. You will be a skilled user of Microsoft applications including Excel, Access, SharePoint, WinESP, and PowerPoint.

You enjoy problem-solving and are able to remain calm during hectic periods of activity. You possess excellent organizational skills and are able to multi-task while delivering the highest level of customer service.
