Promotion & Outreach Assistant

Entry-level position that entails wearing multiple hats. Publicity/Promotion - Help spread the word about all the good work that we do and the clients that we serve. Events/Outreach - Identify, plan, and staff events (which may occur on weekends and evenings) to promote the Guide and our various offerings. Inside Sales & Customer Service - Order entry, answering phones, scheduling appointments, helping with sales campaigns. Administrative duties - some general office work including filing, proofing, etc.
