This team leverages those relationships to deliver the energy savings or peak power solutions our utility customers most desire.

As our Residential clients gear up their energy efficiency and distributed generation programs, the opportunities are plentiful for making a big impact while we continue to grow Ecos. Our Lighting & Products team has an immediate need for a Project Lead at our Portland, Ore., headquarters. In this role, you will report to the Incentive Processing and Products Manager and have the opportunity to have a significant impact on our continued success.

Role Description

As Project Lead, you will be responsible for program management support for our Lighting & Products team. In this role, you will manage project deliverables and timelines; lead the task execution of project work plans and work breakdown structures; and lead, direct and task manage the work of others. You will have customer service experience and the ability to work with our program partners to ensure top customer service to our clients. In this position, you will prepare reports for internal and external audiences regarding the project status.

As Project Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining favorable relationships with our existing clients in order to keep our programs running successfully and maintain revenue. In this role, you will frequently interact with internal and external customers while executing duties throughout the accounting cycle for the Home Energy Incentives program.

The Project Lead will oversee the processing of financial incentive transactions and rebates in WinESP (our database application for rebate processing) for our utility customers. This process will include working with our internal Finance Team to ensure timely and highly accurate accounting and reporting of transactions. Additionally, you will be responsible to manage weekly client invoicing for program rebates and incentive processing while using your experience to improve our processes and program systems.

Role Competencies

As our ideal candidate, you will possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing the delivery of project work plans, task completion, and/or project tasks. Additionally, you will possess a minimum of one year of experience supervising the work of others, and experience in high volume transaction processing. Experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or electric technologies concepts, practices, and procedures is a plus.

You will have experience proactively addressing and resolving customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. In addition, you have a proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, be self-directed and excel in cross-functional, matrix-managed teams and be a team player.

Strong customer service, quality assurance and/or quality control experience is required for success in this position, as well as attention to detail. Presentation skills, and/or training development and delivery experience are preferred.
