MEMBER ADVOCATE / ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE
Job Responsibilities:
-Client Development and Relationship Building – Identify, approach, evaluate and solicit business from new and existing members/clients. You must be comfortable with and experienced making cold calls, developing conversations and building rapport with strangers, implementing marketing and/or development campaigns, and overcoming objections in a professional manner.
-Sales – You are expected to generate membership sales by turning opportunity into revenue. Experience selling professional, promotional and advertising services is a big plus.
-Client Advocacy, Consulting and Problem Solving – You will be expected to help evaluate and solve our clients’ promotional needs – in person, via email, or over the phone - by listening carefully, advising, and tailoring our various services to meet their needs. You have a genuine concern for the well-being and success of clients and constantly advocate on their behalf among our community
Openings in Portland, OR, Vancouver, WA, Denver, CO, Boulder CO, Ft Collins, CO, and Salt Lake City, UT.
This position is ideal for candidates with at least two years of prior successful full time sales experience. If you do not have prior sales experience, you may want to consider applying for our Sales Assistant position.

Once a task is assigned to you, your peers and customers will have the confidence that it will be done right the first time. You show confidence in your work but are not arrogant about your skills.
-Flexible - You thrive in working in a fast paced environment wearing multiple hats at once. You are also available to work weekends and evenings on an occasional basis.
- Humble and Accountable - You realize that you are not perfect and are accountable for your actions. You're just as comfortable accepting constructive criticism as well as positive feedback.
