Learn how to build a simple and beautiful rain garden!
Rain Garden Design – Wednesday, March 16th 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Discover the environmental benefits of installing a rain garden and how to design your own beautiful garden to enhance water quality and wildlife habitat. Class includes site assessment, plant selection, installation, and maintenance. Bring a picture or sketch that shows where your downspouts enter your yard, and leave with design ideas for your own rain garden. $15
Building a Rain Garden – Saturday, April 2nd 10 a.m. – Noon
Learn general information about rain gardens and gain hands-on experience installing one next to the new Cordwood Classroom. Come dressed for outdoor learning and work! $15
