Sustainability Training for Accredited Real Estate Professionals

The S.T.A.R. (Sustainability Training for Accredited Real Estate Professionals) program gives real estate professionals the tools to market, sell, and communicate with clients about green building. In this two-day course, participants learn about the Northwest’s leading green home certification programs while gaining the skills needed to help clients with their sustainable needs and green building questions.

As a S.T.A.R. graduate, you will be able to do the following:
• Differentiate yourself in the marketplace with green building knowledge;
• Describe basic green home features and trends;
• Communicate effectively about green building concepts;
• Interact with clients who have varying green values.

• Earn 16 Oregon Continuing Education Credits (Real Estate Brokers, Inspectors, and Appraisers).

$365, graduates eligible for $100 rebate from Energy Trust of Oregon. Fee covers course materials, meals, The Northwest Green Homes Primer book, and green home tours.
