Calling all bicyclists and bicyclists-to-be! Come on out to the Community Cycling Center on Wednesday, May 26 and help us kick off the summer with the Alberta Coop's Cycling Extravaganza! It'll be a veritable three-ring circus of bike activities, with something for everyone, whether you're a seasoned cyclist, or have just been considering pulling your old bike out of the basement for the summer and getting back into it.

Some of the activities we'll have:

Cargo & Family Cycling: Learn about the benefits of bike trailers, xtracycles, and other ways to transport more on your bike. If you have a cargo bike, family cycle, xtracycle, or any kind of bike that can carry a lot, make sure and bring it - we'll be raffling off two $25 gift certificates to the Community Cycling Center for people bringing them!
Bike Fitting: An improperly fitting bike can can cause unnecessary stress and discomfort. Get a free consultation on how you can get your bike to fit you better!
Yoga for Cyclists: Practicing yoga has many benefits specifically for cyclists. With Rachel Ferdaszewski from the Exhale Yoga Studio, we'll learn some basic yoga stretches that help stretch muscles used while riding.

The Green Microgym will be on hand to demonstrate their battery-charging system for stationary bikes (as featured on CNN), and there'll also be folks from the eBike Store, BIKEmpowered, Pedalpalooza, and more. So come on out for a big evening of bike fun!
