PDNA General Meeting on the PSU EcoDistrict
Monday January 25th 7- 8:30
At Loaves and Fishes - 1032 SW Main St. (Entrance is on 11th)
The topic of this upcoming meeting of the Portland Downtown Neighborhood Association will be the PSU EcoDistrict - What's in the works and how can it be expanded to perhaps include more of downtown.
An ecodistrict is a district or neighborhood that is resource efficient; captures, manages and re-uses most of its own energy, water, and waste; provides a range of transportation options; provides a diversity of habitat and open space; and enhances community engagement and well being.
Please read more about it at http://www.pdxinstitute.org/index.php/ecodistricts

so that you can ask informed questions at the meeting and be prepared to ask our panelists what we can do to include other areas of our neighborhood too.
Our panelists include:

Naomi Cole - Program Manager for POSI
Lisa Abuaf - Project Manager for PDC
Eric Ridenour - SERA Architects
All who live, work or go to school downtown are especially invited, but the meeting is free and open to the public. For further information or to RSVP for the meeting, please call PDNA Sustainability Chair, Mary Vogel at 503-245-7858.
