Salary: $12.50 hourly

Duration/Quantity/Days of Work: April-October, variable hours depending on month and need; June through August will average 30-40 hours per week, including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and possibly Mondays; April, September and October will average 8-30 hrs per week with schedule to be determined. Two positions are available.

This position in Metro’s Communications Department supports the natural gardening and toxics reduction programs within the Sustainability Center. This position is responsible for independently performing a variety of mid-level public affairs activities related to developing, managing, implementing and evaluating a marketing and media plan to promote Metro’s natural gardening program.
