I am opening a new cafe this Feb. called Open Space.
My focus, aside from the basics of coffee and food, is information and influence within the environmental conservation effort and instilling radical self-reliance. I am building the business around these core values and incorporating as many sustainable practices and innovations as I can. I'd like to set a higher standard for the way people perceive casual food service and their own place within our shared environment.
(We're not particularly preachy, just hopeful and aware.)
