The S.T.A.R. (Sustainability Training for Accredited Real Estate Professionals) program gives real estate professionals the tools to market, sell, and communicate with clients about green building. In this two-day course, participants learn about the Northwest’s leading green home certification programs while gaining the skills needed to help clients with their sustainable needs and green building questions.
As a S.T.A.R. graduate, you will be able to do the following:

Course Description
LEED for Homes is a voluntary rating system that promotes the design and construction of high performance green homes.Participants will learn how LEED for Homes certification recognizes and rewards builders for meeting high performance standards and how the certification provides homeowners with the confidence that their homes are durable, healthy, and environmentally friendly.
