The fourth annual GoGreen Conference in Portland, OR, GoGreen ’11 Portland, will feature a full day of inspiring keynotes, dynamic panel-style sessions and high-level networking, with a distinct platform of showcasing over 50 statewide business leaders and their sustainable success stories to give business attendees the opportunity to implement best practices learned from the event and create viable partnerships within their regional business environment.
The International Society of Sustainability Professional’s first ever face-to-face summit will feature a high quality agenda and a gathering of sustainability leaders from around the globe. The program includes the inauguration of the ISSP Sustainability Hall of Fame, collaborative work on the ISSP signature Sustainability Lexicon Project, and an interactive World Cafe that will help chart the future of the profession.

"The Next Step: Greening the Pathway to Recovery," will take place Thursday, March 31, and Friday, April 1, at the University of Oregon's White Stag Building in Portland. On Thursday, the symposium will feature an opening address by Cylvia Hayes, director of the West Coast Clean Economy Collaborative for Rural Development Initiatives, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., with a reception following.
Our five-day, hands-on program offers two distinct tracks for professionals and graduate students: Sustainable Agriculture & Food Systems and Sustainable Urban Built Environments.
With an emphasis on field exploration and hands-on discovery, participants will meet and interact with nationally recognized business leaders and experts who have put sustainability at the forefront of their work.
What: The EcoVative Residential Building Conference and Expo, a two-day, industry-only conference and tradeshow focused exclusively on residential green building.

Please join us Tuesday, January 5th at 7pm for the next Green Drinks event featuring Rob Bennett of the Portland Sustainability Institute (PoSI).
Rob will discuss the genesis of PoSI, a new NGO created to promote next generation sustainability innovation for the Portland metro region and key projects the organization is helping to lead: the Oregon Sustainability Center, EcoDistricts, and Climate Prosperity Project.
