This class is intended for homeowners interested in building an ADU on their property. For most homeowners, building an ADU is not simple or straightforward--it’s essentially the same job of being a land developer--- a job that most of us know have ever done or will likely ever do again. Many homeowners step into this process not knowing much about land development or new construction.

Course participants plan and take steps to introduce or strengthen a sustainability initiative within a chosen circle of influence such as a school, workplace, neighborhood, etc. There is no charge for the class, but advance registration is required.
