1979 was last year that Oregon did not have a coal plant. The Oregon Beyond Coal Campaign, seeks to make 2014 a year where, yet again, Oregon will be without a coal plant, but this time it will be for good.
So break out your best disco or 80’s wear and join us for rocking good time!
Winner of the best costume contest will get a prize.
