About Portland Green Drinks

Part of the international Green Drinks network, Portland Green Drinks is a volunteer-driven group created to connect and grow Portland's environmental community. Founded in 2003, Portland Green Drinks' main event remains a monthly informal social gathering. These events typically attract over 100 guests who hear a short lecture and then socialize with other Green Drinkers.

We also have a monthly newsletter highlighting Green Events and Jobs in the Portland area. We invite you to post events and jobs to our website.

Green Drinks is run by a board of three. Aysia Wright is a Public Relations Professional at Chartreuse PR and Organizer of Project Green Search. Heather Schrock is the Regional Manager for the Portland/Vancouver office of the Redirect Guide. Brighton West is the Program Director for Friends of Trees. We welcome volunteer help!
